How businesses deal with poor reviews or complaints is extremely telling about how they will treat you as their customer.
Next time you decide to buy something or hire a service do yourself a favor and look at their online reviews.
More importantly, next time you have a good OR bad experience.. take 2 minutes and tell that business about your experience with them.
We often forget to give kudos where they are due because we leave HAPPY and WORRY FREE.
A simple “atta boy” review will mean the world to the business who has gone out of their way to make sure your life is a little better or easier.
